On July 3rd, something magical happened at Symphony Coworking Space, the home of the Hope Givers team. What was planned as a two-hour session turned into an unforgettable exchange of dreams, emotions, and shared purpose.
With over 20 team members—including the Acquisition team, senior leaders, and decision-makers—gathered in one space, the energy was palpable. It wasn’t just a meeting. It was a moment of connection, a space where stories flowed freely and aspirations took center stage.
A Warm Welcome- I want to extend my sincere gratitude to the leadership team for his unwavering support in making this session happen, and to the fundraising head for the heartfelt introduction that truly set the tone. Their warmth created the kind of environment where people felt safe to share—and share they did.
Stories That Inspire- As the conversation unfolded, team members bravely opened up about their personal journeys and dreams. We discovered among us a state kickboxing champion and a national-level footballer from Goa—real-life heroes who reminded us of the strength and talent within the Hope Givers family.
But beyond achievements, what moved us most were the dreams:
- Business head vision of building a 40-member fundraising team,
- Fundraising head’s bold goal of achieving ₹50 lakh in monthly revenue by 2030—more than numbers, these are commitments to building something meaningful, something lasting.
Feeling the Pulse- Every 45 minutes, we checked in emotionally—on a scale from 5 to 10, the mood shifted beautifully. What started at a 6 ended on a soaring 10. That transformation speaks volumes about the power of being seen, heard, and connected.
Building Bonds for the Future- We ended the session by co-creating an “Aspiration Document”—a living expression of our collective dreams. This will soon be visually designed and shared as a group identity icon on WhatsApp, a reminder of what binds us: shared purpose and mutual support.
What’s Next: Audience Understanding- As we wrap up Module 1, we now look ahead to Module 2: Audience Understanding. In this next phase, we’ll explore the hearts and minds of our audiences—what they feel, what they need, and how we can connect with them meaningfully. This session promises to be even more collaborative and visual.
