Service Agreement Clause – Input Charges
Once the Service Agreement / Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is duly signed between the Client and the Service Provider (Letzrise), a standard service fee will be applicable for any client-requested input, consultation, or support related to any of the services offered by Letzrise.
This fee applies to, but is not limited to:
- Suggestions, edits, or changes in service deliverables
- Strategy inputs or campaign modifications
- Advisory on ongoing or future service scopes
- Review and feedback requests on provided materials
- Any task requiring dedicated time and expertise from Letzrise’s team
Letzrise will raise an invoice for the input charges on either a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the Client’s internal financial protocol.
This clause ensures transparency in engagement and covers the time and effort involved in delivering consistent and high-quality support.
